Château de la Négly has established specific rules regarding the retention period of Clients' Personal Data. In accordance with applicable regulations and laws, Château de la Négly retains the written record of the conclusion of the sales contract and the accounting and supporting documents for a period of 10 years.
Furthermore, Château de la Négly reserves the right to retain Personal Data in the context of managing pre-litigation and litigation for a duration equal to the related statute of limitations.
The retention period for Personal Data is 3 years. The starting point for the retention period of Personal Data is the Client's last purchase at Château de la Négly. Personal Data related to the creation of a customer account is retained until the account is deleted.
