Delivery of products within the timeframes indicated below is contingent upon the Customer providing Château de la Négly with accurate recipient contact information:
Last name, first name, address, postal code, city, country, access codes, landline telephone number, mobile telephone number.

In the event of an error, Château de la Négly cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the products at the agreed time and place.

In the event of delivery of a non-compliant wine and in the event of delivery of a wine revealing a hidden defect, Château de la Négly undertakes, according to the choice of the Client, either to reimburse the Client for the price of the wine within thirty (30) days following his request, or to exchange the product for an identical product depending on available stocks.
